Kinderschool Teachers

Celebration Baptist Kinderschool provides an environment for children that teaches the love of Jesus, and with that, we explore the world He created for us to live in; a world of literacy, math, science, language, art, and music. We use the Bible as our guide and a curriculum rich in promoting learning through play – this is how young children learn and develop their bodies, minds, and hearts.

Childcare Workers

Celebration is seeking individuals who enjoy caring for and playing with children to fill part-time childcare roles providing care for children age Birth - 5th grade. A variety of shifts are available. All childcare applicants must be comfortable teaching Biblical principles and stories to children.

Maintenance Worker

Celebration is seeking a new member of our maintenance team. Duties include setting up for events, yard work, and more. Part-time, 15 hours a week.

Preschool Director (Kinderschool)

About Us

Celebration Baptist Church is a vibrant, faith-based community dedicated to connecting people with God and others. Our Weekday Preschool Ministry provides a loving, Christ-centered environment where young children can learn, play, and develop foundational skills. We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Preschool Director to lead our program and serve with our church to reach families for Christ.     

Position Overview

The Preschool Director will oversee all aspects of our weekday preschool ministry. This leadership role requires someone with a heart for young children, a passion for Christian education, and strong organizational abilities. The leader must have a heart for seeing families come to know Christ. Our current preschool enrolls about 100 children and a staff of 15-20 teachers.

Job Description

  • Lead our CBK program as an outreach ministry of Celebration to our community
  • Provide leadership for directing, hiring, evaluating managing all preschool staff
  • Provide orientation, training and team building for staff
  • Along with the Family Pastor and CBC administrator prepare budget for ministry
  • Provide leadership that all records are up to date and in compliance with DCF
  • Lead CBK to be a Best Christian Workplace approved organization
  • Provide leadership in ordering and maintaining all curriculum and ministry resources
  • Provide leadership in ministering to staff, parents and serving our CBK families
  • Serve on the family ministry team with all church wide events
  • Continue personal development of Christian walk and growth in ministry

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Credentials for a DCF-approved Weekday Preschool Director
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education
  • Knowledge of and experience with state licensing regulations for preschool programs
  • A strong personal commitment to Christ and become an active member of Celebration
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
